Core Image Fun House (found in /Developer/Applications/Graphics Tools/ (requires dev tools installed)) is pretty fun too. If I find enough time / boredom (unlikely) I’d love to do a Core Image Video Fun House (the name would be changed). You can apply Core Image filters to QuickTime, so it seems a necessary free app. Apple even has an example for me (or you). A lot of the effects wouldn’t make sense for video, but there seems to be enough that it would be fun.

update: iMovie gives you access to all the quartz composer effects. Not sure why I didn’t think to look there. Enjoy!
